In the safe Mini Start bundle you will find:

You can choose between 3 or 6/7 steps per allergen. Not sure which one to choose? Then do the test first.
Introduction takes 3 days per allergen. But beware: it is important to continue giving allergens for 6 months.

If your Mini has been diagnosed with a peanut/nut allergy or you suspect an allergy, you cannot give our products to him or her without consulting the attending physician or child health clinic.

Up to the age of 6 months, breastfeeding is the most important food and the first bites are only intended as an extra moment between breast and bottle feeding. Always consult with the child health clinic before you start.
