Your role: Head of E-commerce & Growth

As Lead E-commerce & Growth you are ultimately responsible for the success of our e-commerce channels, from strategy to execution. You will play a crucial role in growing our direct-to-consumer channel, both nationally and internationally. You will work closely with the marketing team, product development and other key stakeholders to continuously improve the customer journey and maximize sales.
With your expertise and strategic insight, you can make your mark on the company's growth and international expansion. What you will do:

• Achieve revenue growth: You ensure that we achieve €250k in annual revenue and implement additional initiatives to exceed these figures.
• Customer Acquisition and Growth: You will attract 9,000 new customers by exploring new acquisition channels and increasing customer lifetime value. You will develop a results-driven strategy to attract more customers while maximizing customer satisfaction.
• Conversion optimization: You increase conversion from 1.5% to 3% through detailed analysis of the customer journey and improvement of the sales funnel. You implement strategic changes that increase customer value per visit.
• Cost control and efficiency: You reduce customer acquisition costs by 20% through smart marketing strategies and reduce fulfillment costs.
• Strategic planning and execution: You develop an e-commerce strategy that not only focuses on improving the customer experience, but also promotes expansion into international markets. You implement these strategies and ensure that our channels perform optimally.
• Data analysis and reporting: You use data analysis and KPIs to measure progress and report on the effectiveness of your plans. You ensure that the performance of all online channels is optimized.

Who you are:

•Minimum 5 years of experience in an e-commerce role, preferably in a startup or scale-up environment.
•Experience in growing online revenue and customer acquisition, and achieving growth goals in consumer products or healthcare sectors.
•Technically savvy; Familiar with Google Analytics, Shopify, SEO, SEA, marketing automation and optimizing the online customer experience. You feel at home on digital marketing platforms, analytical tools and A/B testing.
•Strong in both strategic thinking and hands-on execution. You take initiative, work proactively and thrive with minimal guidance.
•Entrepreneurial, commercially minded and results-oriented with a passion for achieving measurable results. You enjoy a challenge and are prepared to put in the effort to achieve results.
•Fluent in Dutch and English, additional languages ​​are a plus.

•Fun to work with: You bring positive energy to the team and are a real connector who easily collaborates with different teams and gives them direction.

Intern Supply Chain & Logistics Do you want to make a real impact in a startup that contributes to a healthy and sustainable future for the next generation? During this challenging Supply Chain & Logistics internship you will get the chance to develop yourself, optimize processes and take on a lot of responsibility, all in a dynamic and innovative environment!

What are you going to do:

You will be given a wide range of tasks that will really make an impact. Your projects and challenges:

Supply Chain: Research and seek backup suppliers for our raw materials and packaging materials.
Manufacturing: Review manufacturing processes, packaging, and raw materials to reduce costs and improve efficiency. Streamline contracts with manufacturers, with a strong focus on quality requirements. Explore opportunities to consolidate manufacturing facilities.
Logistics: Optimize and possibly outsource logistics processes. Implement and set up an ERP/EDI system for better process control and insights.

•You are hands-on, proactive and always think in solutions
•You are available for at least 30 hours per week from February 2025 .
