When can my baby start with finger foods?

From 4 months you can start with practice bites. To keep the difference with breast or bottle feeding small, you can start with soft flavors.

My baby doesn't like the snack! What now?

It is normal for your baby to get used to new flavors. That is why it is important to introduce your baby to a few flavors first. So, try one type at a time.

Start with vegetables first, then with fruit. It is not strange if your baby does not like the taste right away. It is important to keep repeating flavors. Research shows that a baby sometimes has to taste the flavor 15 times before he recognizes and likes a flavor.
