About Vini Mini

Vini Mini wants to contribute to a carefree life for (expecting) mothers and their Mini during the first 1000 to dawn. We want to give every parent and Mini the same opportunities, by helping them to live in an easy, healthy and reliable way to give allergens to their Mini early.

Founded last year out of the surprise that there is no easy, healthy and reliable way to treat allergens give to your Mini. We work with the medical profession to provide the ideal products and services to parents offer.

Marketing internship

We see sharing knowledge as our most important task to achieve our mission. We want to explain to all parents that they should give their Minis allergens early in order to prevent food allergies. This healthy generation can eat all vegetable proteins, which benefits our sustainable society. Are you also a world improver, then we are looking for you.

We are looking for a strong content creator, someone who can share our scientific and product-related knowledge in a accessible and clear way to our target group. As the social topper of Vini Mini you are among other responsible for the social channels and do you think about how we can inspire followers even more and how we can grow our communities. Maintaining and optimizing the website are part of the tasks, but also the organizing events and devising fun activities and filling in the customer journey in the 1000 days journey. In addition, we offer the opportunity to conduct market research and test products and concepts at our target audience.

Who is the ideal candidate?

  • At the moment you are working on your HBO or University marketing (food & product management, media, information or communication) training and you would like to gain practical experience
  • You speak and write Dutch fluently and you feel comfortable if you have to do this in English
  • You are available 2 to 5 days a week, starting in September, and you can stay with us for a period from between 5 and 6 months
  • During previous internships, jobs or projects you have shown that you can work accurately and independently. Unfortunately, you now have to work (a lot) from home; you will therefore have to proactively ask questions and be open to feedback.
  • We like people with a positive attitude, your glass is always half full. You are always busy yourself and the improve the organization
  • You want to work for a healthier and sustainable generation where you can use your creativity
  • You have experience, knowledge and/or interest in food (allergy) and Minis

What can you do?

It would be great if you already have work experience in (content) marketing / e-commerce. We think it's more important that you are curious and motivated to learn more about this topic. The most important thing is that you don't are afraid to work independently and to make mistakes.

  • You can inspire and motivate people by creating content (newsletters, blogs, social posts and website)
  • You are creative with words and images where you can make understandable content from scientific texts
  • You want to devise new strategies for increasing our network and brand awareness

Food stage

We are looking for an enthusiast who can help us develop recipes, market research, nutritional advice, compose information material (such as infographics) & testing, contributing to product development & laws and regulations and the details of the first 1000 days journey of mother & child.

  • At the moment you are working on your HBO or University Food and/or Dietetics training and you would like to gain practical experience
  • You speak and write Dutch fluently and you feel comfortable if you have to do this in English
  • You are available 2 to 5 days a week, starting in September, and you can stay with us for a period from between 5 and 6 months

We are looking for an enthusiast who can help us build an online personalized platform and join us think in our online & data strategy.

Who is the ideal candidate?

  • At the moment you are working on your HBO or University Tech training and you would like to gain practical experience
  • You speak and write Dutch fluently and you feel comfortable if you have to do this in English
  • You are available 2 to 5 days a week, starting in September, and you can stay with us for a period from between 5 and 6 months

Food Proces Engineering internship

Are you a pro-active, creative student who wants to put his/her knowledge into practice and contribute to reducing food allergies in a start-up environment?

The company Vini Mini offers an internship focused on producing products that can help to induce tolerance in children. Your role would be to make the production of these products a reality by combining knowledge on product formulation, product-process interaction and food safety. Products in the pipeline are powders of allergens and snacks for babies.

The project will be available to start in September 2021 for 4-6 months. We offer a hybrid internship in which you will be partly located at the start-up company and partly work from home. In addition, you will join us to pilot-plant and production facilities for trials.

Key responsibilities

  • Translate product ideas into prototypes
  • Design / optimize the production (incl. packaging) process
